THE SEYLA

The Seyla are a family of deities belonging to the dominant culture in Mythica and King Morred’s family. The Seyla are made up of nine gods and goddess, sometimes referred to as the Divine Nine.

  • Belenus the Fair Shining One, lawful, god of the dawn, courage, light, strength, vigor, and youth.
  • St. Brigit the Triflame, lawful, goddess of art, craft, the hearth, and smithing.
  • Cernunnos, Lord of the Forest, neutral, god of animals, forests, growth, planting, nature, rest, spring, and fair weather.
  • Ioun the Keeper of the Cauldron, neutral, goddess of divine magic, inspiration, knowledge, and poetry.
  • Gwydion the Laughing Rogue, chaotic, god of forgery, luck, mummery, and trickery. (Chaos)
  • Maeve the Reaver, lawful, goddess of conquest, fertility, justice, and wrath.
  • Morrigan the Raven-goddess, chaotic, goddess of evening, fate, death, harvest, war, winter.
  • Ollathir the Good-god, lawful, god of earth, feasting, life, provision, and vigor.
  • Taranis the Storm Lord, lawful, god of the seas, sky, tempest, and inclement weather.

MINOR GODS AND SAINTS

These minor deities are siblings and offspring of the Divine Nine, or ascended saints.

THE FAE COURT

Residing in the twilit Violet Realm of Aes, the faeries of the Blessed Court serve as patrons for their elven brethren in Kyn, while not a few followers of other races worship them as gods.

THE KRONIN

Their names secrets, hidden from the common folk because of superstition: most people believe that to speak a name is to invite a curse, or that saying their name would alert them to your location and give them cause to seek you out. Those who choose to worship these gods often do so in secret, hoping for untold powers.
